The Scheduler presents tasks, appointments and reminders in an easy-to-read calendar format. You and your agents can record both public and private entries for the Scheduler. Public entries will be seen by everyone. Private entries will be seen only by yourself or a recipient you designate. In the screen above, for example, the "All Hands Meeting" is a public appointment, but the other appointments and the task are private. If we were to look at the Scheduler from a different agent's point of view... ...we'd see only the public appointment. The private information of other agents is not visible. ClientMajic.
