That means, for example, that an agent could create a group of all the clients who are interested in European vacations. The "Destinations" and "Activities" above are marketing categories. You can completely customize the marketing categories to suit your agency's needs. You can create or modify the items within the categories and you can create and modify completely new categories. When you or your agents use the Profile Query Wizard, it's a snap to specify which clients you want to find based on marketing categories. We'll see what you can do with these groups of clients in just a moment. First, consider some other ways that you can search for clients. You could search for clients whose birthday is coming up... ...or anniversary. You could search for clients who have booked travel with you recently... ...or who haven't. These are just a handful of the dozens of possible searches you might perform. Whatever your search criteria, your result is a grouping of clients who are similar in some way. Once you have such a group, ClientMajic lets you or your agents communicate with the clients in that group. Remember the European vacation search? What if you want to let the clients who are interested in European vacations know that your new summer packages are ready to be seen. Just query for the right clients, then use the email function built right into ClientMajic. Within moments, you have targeted exactly the right clients and sent them news that you know they are interested to hear. That's CRM. What about clients who don't have email? No problem. ClientMajic can just as easily prepare mailing labels for regular mail, or even mail merge files to be used with your word processor.
